无论是中学还是小学的后勤工作都是学校全部工作中的一个核心组成环节。后勤的工作实质是要把好多工作都要做到前面,为其他的工作打好基础。后勤工作很重要,但是却没有受到足够的重视。孰不知,后勤工作更需要认真细心,这样才能为学校的整体教育工作提供有效的助力,促进学校的全部工作有效运行。本人从提高后勤工作的机能着手,再提出措施,进行分析研究。
The logistics of both primary and secondary schools is a core component of all the school’s work. The essence of logistics is to put a great deal of work ahead of others and lay a solid foundation for other work. Logistics is important, but not paid enough attention. Everyone knows that logistic work needs to be more carefully and conscientiously. Only in this way can we provide effective assistance to the school’s overall education and promote the effective operation of all the school’s work. I start from improving the function of logistics, and then put forward measures to carry out analysis and research.
