黄金矿山企业是社会主义经济机体中的一个细胞,是创造社会财富,繁荣国民经济不可缺少的组成部分.因此,关心、扶持黄金企业的生存、发展已成为经济建设活动中各级政府和主管部门重视和研究的课题.1992年7月-8月,我们对灵宝县部分黄金矿山企业上半年生产经营情况进行调查,发现企业经济效益下降的状况未能得到根本改善,产品成本不断提高,甚至出现了亏损企业及亏损额增大的现象.经过究根溯源,我们看到除了矿山地质品位出现负变、管理水平较低等因素影响外,而原材料、能源大幅度涨价和名目繁多的社会摊派等不利影响也是困扰企业发展的一个突出问题.
