目的研究小鼠福尔马林双相反应中中枢和外周前列腺素E2(PGE2)的变化。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定小鼠左后足跖部皮下注射福尔马林后5,30min时脑、脊髓、血浆和注射足PGE2含量变化。结果小鼠皮下注射福尔马林后5,30min时脑、脊髓和注射足PGE2含量均增高(P<0.05);而血浆PGE2没有明显变化。结论小鼠皮下注射福尔马林致痛时,中枢和外周PGE2生成增多,表明PGE2参与福尔马林致中枢与外周痛敏状态的调控。
Objective To investigate the changes of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the central and peripheral areas of mouse dual-phase response in formalin. Methods The contents of PGE2 in the brain, spinal cord, plasma and the injected foot were measured at 5 and 30 minutes after the subcutaneous injection of formalin in the left hind foot and foot of mice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The contents of PGE2 in the brain, spinal cord and injected foot were significantly increased at 5 and 30 min after subcutaneous injection of formalin (P <0.05), while there was no obvious change in plasma PGE2. Conclusions In mice injected subcutaneously with formalin, PGE2 production is increased in the central and peripheral areas, indicating that PGE2 is involved in the regulation of central and peripheral hyperalgesia induced by formalin.
