素质教育的基本要求是确保所有学生在教学中获得平等的发展机会。新课程背景下,这种思想显得尤为重要。数学本身是一门比较抽象的学科,对于后进生而言,数学学习的无奈更是可见。一堂几十分钟的课堂对于他们而言犹如一天,在课堂上他们可谓如坐针毡,他们的那种焦虑显而易见。放弃对后进生的要求意味着放弃了对教学公正理念的追求,而对后进生的不离不弃意味着教学的正义呼喊。
The basic requirement of quality education is to ensure that all students have equal opportunities for development in teaching. Under the new curriculum background, this kind of thinking is of particular importance. Mathematics itself is a more abstract discipline, for advanced students, the helplessness of mathematical learning is even more visible. A few minutes of class for them like a day, in the classroom they can be described as pins and needles, their anxiety is obvious. Abandoning the requirement for backward life means abandoning the pursuit of the concept of teaching fairness, while staying true to one’s future education means shouting for justice in teaching.
