由于杏北油田的不断发展和建设,我矿在运的生产设备正面临能源消耗上升的趋势,为了提高设备的效率,降低能源的消耗量,我矿进行低、常温集输,推广实施并不断的完善低常温集输方案,在方案实施期间对各站的生产数据进行实时跟踪和分析,对自耗气量进行定量分配并进行监督,在生产期间分析能源消耗的分布情况,对单井掺水量和加热炉运行参数进行调节,严格执行低常温集输方案的各项内容,有效的进行节能降耗工作。
