听说读写能力是英语教学的基本目标,其中阅读能力更为重要。在中考中,也是考试的主要部分,是重中之重。为此,我们必须重视提高学生的阅读理解能力。而阅读课恰是训练学生阅读理解能力的主要途径,也是学生学习新语法和巩固旧知识的主要载体。另外英语各方面的能力也是相辅相成的,所以我们必须充分开发阅读课的潜力,有效地利用阅读课的资源,以阅读教学为中心把听力、语法、发音、单词等知识融入到文章中去,这样既可以提高学生的阅读能力,也可以促进学生的英语综合能力。
