《江西水利科技》89年第一期刊登了程有根同志“小型水库岸边无闸溢洪道改造设计中溢流坝顶高程确定的一种简单方法”一文(以下简称程文),笔者拜读以后,认为所介绍的方法确实具有一定的实用价值。
In the first issue of “Jiangxi Water Conservancy Science and Technology” in 1989, Comrade Cheng Yougen published a short article entitled “Simple Way to Determine Overflow Dam Top Elevation in Design of No-Spillway Rehabilitation on the Shore of Small Reservoir” (hereinafter referred to as Cheng Wen). After reading the book, The method introduced does have some practical value.
