以前我在课堂教学中经常是自己讲得多,学生练得少,学生学习上的问题要在第二天交上来的作业中才能发现,而第二天又要上新课,问题得不到及时解决,就会影响新课的学习。如果能够加强课堂练习,进行课堂反馈测试,把课后出现的问题提前在课堂上出现,那么就可以缩短发现问题的周期,及时了解学生学习的情况,从而可及时解决问题,提高教学效率。我先在代数教学中进行了尝试,重新设计教学方案,加强了练习和反馈测试。
