目的　评价超声引导下注射无水酒精治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法　对 32例经超声诊断的子宫肌壁间肌瘤在超声引导下经阴道腔内穿刺注射无水酒精。结果　 32例经 1～ 2次注射后 3个月以上 ,体积缩小 7%～ 91 % ,平均缩小 6 6 .78%。结论　 CDFI有 1 9例显示血流减少 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided injection of anhydrous alcohol in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Thirty-two cases of uterine muscular intramural fibroids diagnosed by ultrasonography were injected with anhydrous alcohol via transvaginal puncture under the guidance of ultrasound.
