目的 探讨彩色多普勒及三维超声成像在诊断子宫肌瘤的临床应用价值。方法 用 Kretz 730型超声诊断仪 ,探头频率 3~ 5 MHz,二维超声对 1 0 8例子宫肌瘤进行扫描后 ,再利用超声诊断仪 ,SVAW 3~ 5三维超声表面成像技术重建 ,将得到子宫肌瘤所在部位及外观立体图像与二维超声图像进行比较对照。结果 1 0 8例子宫肌瘤应用三维超声成像诊断符合率 94 % ,其中 ,子宫浆膜下肌瘤 2 1例 ,占 1 9.4 % ,子宫肌壁间肌瘤 4 5例 ,占 4 1 .6 % ,子宫黏膜下肌瘤 30例 ,占 2 7.7% ,子宫肌瘤变性 3例 ,占 2 .7% ,子宫颈肌瘤 5例 ,占 4 .6 % ,4例二维超声不能确诊 ,三维超声成像效果不满意。三维超声成像可提供较二维超声更为丰富的关于子宫肌瘤的诊断信息 ,是二维超声有益的补充 ,具有一定的临床应用价值
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler and three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Among them, 21 cases of uterine fibroids, accounting for 9.44%, 45 cases of intramural fibroids, accounting for 41.6% %, Uterine fibroids in 30 cases, accounting for 2 7.7%, 3 cases of uterine fibroids degeneration, accounting for 2.7%, 5 cases of cervical fibroids, accounting for 4.6%, 4 cases can not be diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional Ultrasound imaging results are not satisfied. Three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can provide more abundant diagnostic information on uterine fibroids than two-dimensional ultrasound, which is a useful supplement to two-dimensional ultrasound and has certain clinical value
