近些年来随着社会的变化,受一些不良风气的干扰,个别医务工作者和医院出现一些服务不到位、服务质量低劣的现象。这些现象既损害患者的利益,也造成了不良影响。因此,医院必须加强医德建设,而传统手工医德档案已逐渐被淘汰,电子医德档案具有录入方便、易保存、查询速度快等优势。医院应从健全制度、开展培训等方面入手,加强电子医德档案建设。
In recent years, with the social changes and the interference caused by some unhealthy practices, some medical workers and hospitals have experienced some problems of inadequate services and poor service quality. These phenomena not only harm the interests of patients, but also have a negative impact. Therefore, the hospital must strengthen the construction of medical ethics, and the traditional manual medical ethics files have been gradually eliminated. The electronic medical ethics files have the advantages of convenient entry, easy storage and quick query speed. The hospital should start from sound system, carry out training and so on, strengthen the construction of electronic medical files.
