为了研究牛筋果(Harrisonia perforate)枝叶的化学成分,通过采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱和制备液相等各种色谱方法对其95%乙醇提取物进行系统的分离和纯化,共得到了6个化合物,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术分别鉴定为harriperfin E(1)、kihadanin A(2)、kihadanin B(3)、6α-acetoxyobacunol acetate(4)、gardaubryone C(5)和β-sitosterol methyl ether(6)。其中化合物1为一新的色原酮化合物,化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
In order to study the chemical constituents of the branches and leaves of Harrisonia perforate, the 95% ethanol extract was systematically isolated and purified by column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography on silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, A total of 6 compounds were obtained and identified as harriperfin E (1), kihadanin A (2), kihadanin B (3), 6α-acetoxyobacunol acetate (4), gardaubryone C -sitosterol methyl ether (6). Among them, compound 1 was a new chromone compound, and compounds 2 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
