为研究细菌的耐药谱及其变迁规律,探讨其耐药模式,给指导临床合理管理和使用抗生素提供科学依据,对1989年至1997年从泌尿生殖道感染患者体内分离的1035株细菌,用K—B琼脂扩散法对九种抗生素进行了药物敏感性试验。结果九年间细菌的耐药率均有不同程度提高,呈递增趋势。细菌对抗生素的耐药率与细菌种类及抗生素种类、使用年限、使用频率等密切相关。提示对细菌耐药谱的监测具有重要的医学指导意义
In order to study the spectrum of drug resistance and its changes in bacteria, to explore its drug resistance mode, to provide a scientific basis for guiding clinical rational management and use of antibiotics, to use 1035 strains isolated from patients with genitourinary tract infection from 1989 to 1997, Nine antibiotics were tested for drug susceptibility using the K-B agar diffusion method. Results Nine years of bacterial resistance rates have increased to varying degrees, showing an increasing trend. The rate of bacterial resistance to antibiotics and bacterial species and types of antibiotics, age, frequency of use are closely related. Prompted monitoring of bacterial resistance spectrum has important medical significance
