引言 古往今来,香与人类一直是息息相关的。随着时代的进步,生产力的发展,香则不断地向人民生活的广度扩展,成为生活中一个不可缺少的构成因素。自然界赋于人类的香虽然有各种各样,但从植物体内提取芳香油依然是香料的重要来源。我国香料工业实行“发展天然香料为主,在有条件的地区积极发展合成香料”的方针。因此,探明芳香植物资源,对加速发展香料工业和香料种植业至为重要。 福建位于北纬23°32′—28°22′,处于亚热带偏南部分。东南面临大海迎着湿润季风,西北背靠高山挡住寒冷朔风。所以,得天独厚,境内气侯温暖,雨量充沛,植被茂密,芳香植物资源异常丰富。
