大倾角“三软”煤层回采巷道围岩变形严重、支护难度普遍较大,为提高此类巷道的围岩控制效果,通过建立巷道围岩力学模型,对巷道顶板、两帮、底板岩层受力情况进行了系统分析,确定了围岩变形的关键部位及主要影响因素,结合复合顶板巷道不同层位组合抗弯强度变化特征,分析了巷道关键部位强化支护机理,提出了“强帮固顶、强顶护帮”的联合支护技术思路与方案。工程实践表明,大倾角“三软”煤层回采巷道在层位选择合理的情况下,通过采用关键部位强化支护技术,能有效提高巷道整体承载能力,巷道围岩变形量减少80%以上,效果显著。
