[目的]建立玻璃食具容器中痕量砷和锑迁移量的新检测方法。[方法]采用顺序注射-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定玻璃食具容器中痕量砷和锑迁移量。研究溶液酸度、硼氢化钠浓度等对测定的影响。[结果]砷和锑的检出限为0.010μg/L和0.022μg/L;定量限为0.033μg/L和0.073μg/L;相对标准偏差分别为0.43%~1.39%和0.45%~1.27%(n=11);平均回收率为96.2%~105.5%和98.4%~103.9%。[结论]该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于玻璃食具中砷和锑迁移量的测定。
[Objective] To establish a new detection method of trace arsenic and antimony in glass food containers. [Method] Simultaneous determination of trace amounts of arsenic and antimony in glass food containers by sequential injection - hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Study solution acidity, sodium borohydride concentration on the determination of the impact. [Results] The detection limits of arsenic and antimony were 0.010μg / L and 0.022μg / L respectively. The limits of quantification were 0.033μg / L and 0.073μg / L. The relative standard deviations were 0.43% -1.39% and 0.45% -1.27% (n = 11). The average recoveries ranged from 96.2% to 105.5% and from 98.4% to 103.9%. [Conclusion] The method has high sensitivity, easy operation, fast and accurate results. It can be used for the determination of arsenic and antimony in glass food utensils.
