根据林业科技创新发展对人才培养的新要求,以创新能力培养为导向,开展森林工程专业人才培养模式、创新教育实践教学体系、大学生综合素质评价体系、毕业论文(设计)指导体系和教学方法等综合改革与实践,创建“专业基础+方向模块”的人才培养模式,构建“完善两个体系,搭建三个平台”的创新能力培养体系,包括完善大学生教育实践教学体系和综合素质评价体系,搭建实践实习、科技竞赛和宣传奖励三个创新平台。这一系列综合改革与实践对提高学生创新能力卓有成效,取得系列研究成果。
