一、我国发展水泥制品的特殊意义从解放后到1990年底,我国共有县以上水泥制品企业1.44万个,年工业总产值107亿元,占同年水泥工业总产值281亿元的38%。我国现在已有不少水泥制品科研究设计院所和专用设备制造厂。一些大专院校设置了相应专业。水泥制品工业体系已初步形成。发展水泥制品工业是我国国民经济建设的需要,是改善人民生活条件的需要,是保护生态环境的需要。

China now has a lot of research and design institutes for cement products and special equipment manufacturers. Some colleges and universities have set up corresponding specialties. The industrial system of cement products has taken shape. The development of the cement product industry is a need for China’s national economic construction, a need to improve people’s living conditions, and a need to protect the ecological environment.
