以心腔内不同部位典型心电图及其演变特征为引导，取代X线透视行床旁临时心内膜起搏术共22例，成功率100％，平均操作时间18分钟，从插管至右室起搏平均48秒，平均起搏阈值0．72V；除2例电极脱位外无其它并发症。与30例传统的透视下临时起搏结果比较，各项指标差异无显著性。结果表明心腔内心电图引导床旁起搏术为一疗效可靠、操作简便、安全实用且易于普及的急救措施。
With the typical electrocardiogram in different parts of the heart cavity and its evolvement characteristics as a guide, 22 cases of temporary bedside temporary endocardial pacing were replaced by X-ray, the success rate was 100% and the average operation time was 18 minutes. From the intubation to the right ventricle Pacing average 48 seconds, the average pacing threshold 0.72V; no other complications except 2 cases of electrode dislocation. Compared with the results of 30 cases of conventional pacing under temporary fluoroscopy, there was no significant difference in each index. The results show that intracardiac electrocardiogram guided bedside pacing is a first-aid measure that is reliable, easy to operate, safe, practical and easy to popularize.
