每个人先天的能力都是非常优秀的,后天的培养只是为了给先天能力的展示创造一个良好的条件。面对小学英语课程改革的要求,学校以及英语教师必须清楚地认识到学生英语能力的培养必须要在创新的教学组织形式的大环境下才能得以实现。在这个环境下培养学生,非常有利于学生英语观察力、思考力、表达能力的全面发展,激发学生创造性思维的产生,最终可以使学生的综合素质得到进一步的加强。在小学英语教学中,教师要善于运用各种教学方法,让学生们在实践中求知,在实践中提高英语能力。本文结合实例,对小学英语教学组织形式进行了深入解析。
Everyone’s innate ability is very good, nurture is only for the display of innate ability to create a good condition.
