[目的]分析门诊业务收入和住院业务收入增长的影响因素,为医院管理决策提供参考依据。[方法]应用增量因素分析法对医院门诊业务收入和住院业务收入增长情况进行统计分析。[结果]门诊人次与住院人次的增加是致使门诊及住院业务收入增长的主要原因。[结论]医院通过门诊人次和住院人次的增加来提高业务收入,且门诊人均费用及出院者平均人日费用有所降低,说明医院整体处于较好发展态势。
[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of income growth of outpatient service and income growth of inpatient service and provide references for hospital management decision-making. [Methods] The incremental factor analysis method was used to make a statistical analysis on the growth of hospital outpatient service income and inpatient service income. [Results] The increase of outpatient visits and inpatients was the main reason for the increase of income from outpatient and inpatient services. [Conclusion] The hospital increased the business income through the increase of outpatient attendance and inpatient numbers, and the per capita expenses of outpatient service and the average daily cost of discharged persons decreased somewhat, which indicated that the hospital as a whole was in a good developing trend.
