本文就用平面砂轮在德国产SLP602S型双盘研磨机上对大批量生产的铁基粉末冶金精密零件进行研磨加工的工艺参数作此论述和总结，并提出了合理的研磨压力、研磨速度及适宜于该种研磨加工的研磨油的技术性能指标。
