寒冷地区建筑山墙一般属建筑物次要面,不被人重视,又多位于不佳朝向,不能多开门窗。由此,不少山墙设计单调、雷同,墙面处理呆板,给人生硬的形象。为改变这种情况,笔者在白城铁路幼儿园建筑设计中,对山墙处理作了一次有益的探讨。白城铁路幼儿园采用对称的平面,南向两翼为一层,其余二层。四个北山墙朝向城市道路和主要人流,立面大、体量高,处理是否恰当,必然影响幼儿园建筑形象和外部环境。设计时从童心出发,根据幼儿喜欢生动夸张的动物图案心理,着重对山墙进行艺术处理。在不增加投资,不复杂施工条件下,分别将山墙立面设计成一对白猫和白 Building gables in cold regions generally belong to the secondary side of buildings and are not taken seriously. In order to change this situation, the author made a useful discussion on the gable handling in the Baicheng Railway Kindergarten architectural design. Baicheng Railway Kindergarten adopts a symmetrical plane with two wings on the south and the remaining two floors. The four northern gables face the urban roads and the main flow of people. The facades are large and the volume is high. The proper processing will inevitably affect the building image of the kindergarten and the external environment. When designing from the innocence, according to the child’s vivid and exaggerated animal pattern psychology, it focuses on artistic treatment of the gable. Under the condition of not increasing investment and complex construction, the gable facade will be designed as a pair of white cats and white.
