1991年10月中旬河南省召开了水土保持工作会议。参加会议的有各地(市)水利局及有关县市水利局的领导,黄委、淮委、海委也派员参加了会议。会议期间,与会代表参观了新安县电厂、矿区的水土保持预防点和济源市王屋山的连片治理区,交流了各地开展预防监督、连片治理和宣传贯彻《水土保持法》的作法与经验。河南省水利
In mid-October 1991, a meeting on water and soil conservation was held in Henan Province. Attending the meeting are all (city) Water Conservancy Bureau and the relevant County Water Authority leadership, the Yellow Committee, the Huai appoint, IOC also sent members to attend the meeting. During the meeting, delegates visited the prevention and control points of water and soil conservation in Xin’an County power plant and mining area and the contiguous zone of Wangwu Mountain in Jiyuan City, and exchanged views on practices and experiences in preventing and supervising, contiguous management and propaganda and implementation of the Soil and Water Conservation Law .
