目的:对乡村医生教育现状及存在问题、教育需求及其影响因素等进行分析,探索适合新形势下的乡村医生教育模式。方法:采取随机抽样,横断面调查收集数据及资料。结果:乡村医生学历偏低,执业(助理)医师比例小,与国家相关规划目标存在一定差距;培训经费的缺乏成为制约乡村医生教育的主要因素;乡村医生参加培训的积极性是决定培训效果的主要因素。结论:定期集中与网络自学相结合的培训模式是适合新形势下的乡村医生教育模式。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the status quo and existing problems of rural doctor education, educational needs and its influencing factors, and to explore the rural doctor education mode that suits the new situation. Methods: Random sampling, cross-sectional survey to collect data and data. Results: The doctors in rural areas are under-educated, the proportion of practicing (assistant) physicians is small, and there is a certain gap between them and the relevant national planning goals. The lack of training funds is the main factor restricting the education of rural doctors. The motivation of rural doctors to participate in training is the main factor that determines the training effect factor. CONCLUSION: The training mode combining regular concentration with self-study by the network is suitable for the rural doctor education mode in the new situation.
