政府采购对厂商是新生事物,对各大部委来说同样是刚刚开始。通过对一些部委信息中心的采访,我们发现很多人,对法律法规的理解,对于采购过程、执行和管理还有很多疑问。这些疑问都是亲自参与了政府采购之后,从他们的亲身体验中总结出来的,带有一定的普遍性。政府采购还在不断完善的过程中,这些问题的提出将促进这一完善过程的加速。这些问题将在8月28日-29日本报举办的“电子政务与政府采购研讨会”上进一步讨论,到时有关单位的领导、专家将到会,参与研讨。
Government procurement is a new thing for manufacturers, and it is also just the beginning for major ministries. Through the interview with some ministries and information centers, we found that many people have an understanding of laws and regulations and many questions about the procurement process, implementation and management. These questions are personally involved in government procurement, summed up from their personal experience, with a certain degree of universality. As government procurement continues to improve, the proposition of these issues will accelerate the acceleration of this process. These issues will be further discussed in the “E-government and Government Procurement Seminar” held by the newspaper from August 28 to 29, when the leaders and experts of the relevant units will attend and discuss the matter.
