10月21日,中共北京市委、市政府认真贯彻全国水利工作会议精神,召开城乡各级领导干部大会,动员全市人民积极迅速投入今冬明春水利建设。
On October 21, the CPC Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government conscientiously implemented the spirit of the National Water Conservancy Conference and convened a conference of leading cadres at all levels in urban and rural areas to mobilize the people of the city to actively and promptly invest in water conservancy construction in the winter of this year.
