近十年来引起肺损伤的药物迅速增加,自1972年 Rosenow 报告细胞毒药物(19种)和非细胞毒药物(20余种)引起肺实质损伤,至今具有肺毒性的药物几乎增加1倍,文献中报告有37种常用药物,见表1。
The number of drugs that cause lung damage has increased rapidly in the last decade. Since 1972 Rosenow has reported that lung cytotoxic damage is caused by cytotoxic drugs (19) and non-cytotoxic drugs (more than 20), with almost a doubling of pulmonary toxicity to date. There are 37 commonly used drugs reported in Table 1.
