我所对健康成人及慢性交气管炎(简称慢支炎)患者各11例作了运动负荷肺功能测定,现报告如下。对象和方法一.检查对象:均为男性.经询问病史,体格检查,胸部 X 线透视,心电图检查,无心肺疾病的健康成人11例,慢支炎患者11例均符合1979年全国修订的慢支炎的诊断标准,测试前1月内无急性呼吸道感染。受试者的年龄、身高、体重见表1。二.测试仪器:美国 Gould 公司出品的9000Ⅳ型运动心肺功能测定仪及其配套用的Lanooy 型自行车功力计。三.测试方法:每位受试者测试前均对仪器进行容量、氧浓度、二氧化碳浓度的校正,
