唐山丰南强烈地震波及天津以来,我科一切工作改在临时搭盖的席棚,缺水无电,在院总支的领导和同志们共同努力下,一个月来,共接生176例,产钳术17例,胎头吸引7例,臀位牵引术3例,头皮牵引1例,剖腹产术6例。我们粗浅的体会是: 一、开展计划生育工作正常情况下,吸宫术均在严格消毒环境下进行,根据地震形成的和因地震耽误所致大月份流产术较多的特点,初步对环境及手术操作做了一些改革,一个月内共做吸宫手术115例,其中大月份35例
