葡萄状肉瘤或称子宫混合瘤,是一种较为罕见的子宫恶性肿瘤,国内文献报导不多。1957年张若麟、诸作仁报导二例。1964年项佩英报导二例。胡建章报导一例前庭部葡萄状肉瘤。国外文献记载也少,Marrsh,Beck以及Thomas氏曾对此瘤作过描述。1879年由spiepelhe(?)g氏以“子宫颈水肿乳头状肉瘤”(Sarcoma colli uteri hydropicum papillare)为题介绍描述本病。1854年Wagner报导阴道葡萄状肉瘤。我院于1977年元月发现一例子宫颈葡萄状肉瘤(Sarcoma betry(?)ides),患者为20岁未婚青年。临床症状及病理发现均与文献描述相符。现报告如下:
Grape-like sarcoma or uterine mixed tumor, is a rare case of uterine cancer, reported little domestic literature. Zhang Ruolin in 1957, Zhu Chengren reported two cases. In 1964, Pei Ying reported two cases. Hu Jianzhang reported a case of vestibular grape-like sarcoma. Foreign literature is also less, Marrsh, Beck and Thomas have described the tumor. This disease was described by spiepelhe (?) G in 1879 on the topic “Sarcoma colli uteri hydropicum papillare”. Wagner reported Vaginal sarcoma in 1854. In January 1977, our hospital found a case of Sarcoma betry (?) Ides, a 20-year-old unmarried youth. Clinical symptoms and pathological findings are consistent with the literature description.
