目的 :研究子宫肌瘤 ( uterine myom a,UM)的血供和子宫肌瘤超选择栓塞治疗后组织病理学的表现。方法 :83例 UM行血管造影观察供血方式 ,然后超选择注入白芨微粒混悬剂栓塞其供血动脉。组织学检查观察栓塞后 U M的表现。结果 :随访 6个月 ,16例患者 U M消失 ,63例不同程度缩小 ,缩瘤率 95 .2 %。栓塞后 U M细胞核大部碎解、消失 ,瘤组织呈弥漫性透明变性。 U M内不规则管腔中可见栓塞剂白芨微粒。结论 :超选择栓塞供血动脉治疗 UM,使 U M发生缺血、变性、坏死和萎缩。UM介入治疗是一种微创、安全有效的新方法 Objective: To study the histopathological manifestations of uterine myoma (UM) after superselective embolization and blood supply. Methods: Eighty-three UM patients underwent angiography to observe the blood supply, and then superselective injection of Baiji granule suspension to embolize its feeding artery. Histological examination to observe the performance of U M after embolization. Results: Six months after follow-up, UM disappeared in 16 patients and 63 patients were reduced to varying degrees. The tumor shrinkage rate was 95.2%. After embolization U M nucleus most of the solution, disappeared, the tumor was diffuse transparent degeneration. CONCLUSIONS: Ultra-selective embolization of the feeding artery in the treatment of UM causes ischemia, degeneration, necrosis and atrophy of U M. UM intervention is a minimally invasive, safe and effective new method
