该研究旨在探讨白水浓度对DIP和TMP浆料连二亚硫酸钠漂白的影响。研究从实验室小试和车间中试范围进行了全面考察。白水的澄清和细小纤维的分离通过中试澄清器来实现。分离后的细小纤维在实验室浮选槽里进行浮选。结果表明,在对浆料进行连二亚硫酸钠漂白之前将澄清后的白水和浮选后的细小纤维混合使用可使浆料达到最佳的白度。另外,随着白水浓度的降低,漂白效率和浆料白度都得到了提高。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of white water concentration on the bleaching of DIP and TMP syrups. The study conducted a comprehensive survey from the laboratory test and workshop pilot range. The clarification of white water and the separation of fine fibers are achieved through the pilot clarifier. The separated fines are flotated in a laboratory flotation cell. The results show that the optimum whiteness of the slurry can be achieved by mixing the clarified white water with the flotation fines before bleaching the slurry with sodium dithionite. In addition, bleaching efficiency and pulp whiteness have been increased with decreasing white water concentrations.
