用4-乙酰基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶酮-1-氧自由基(TEMPO)、溴化钠和次氯酸钠氧化脱墨浆可以改善浆的光学和强度性能。氧化处理可以大幅度提高抗张强度、耐破度但却使撕裂度降低。氧化时的碱性条件会使纸浆发黑,导致白度降低;但是氧化后用过氧化氢漂白可以补偿白度的损失。
Oxidation of the deinked pulp with 4-acetyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidone-1-oxyl free radical (TEMPO), sodium bromide and sodium hypochlorite can improve the optical and strength properties of the pulp. Oxidation treatment can greatly improve the tensile strength, burst resistance, but make the tearing degree decreased. Alkaline conditions during oxidation cause the pulp to blacken, resulting in reduced whiteness; however, bleaching with hydrogen peroxide after oxidation can compensate for the loss of whiteness.
