在医学科研中时常遇到小值频数的资料,显然不能用一般的x~2等检验方法进行分析。本文运用超几何概率分布法处理此类资料。其适用条件是样本小或所分析的频数小,在2×2表或2×K表中观察的数据相应的期望值出现有小于5的时候需要选用此方法。按2×3表超几何概率分布法的公式是:
In medical research often encountered small value of the data, apparently can not be used in general x ~ 2 test methods for analysis. This article uses the hypergeometric probability distribution method to deal with this kind of data. This applies when the sample size is small or the frequency of analysis is small and the expected value of the observed data in the 2 × 2 table or the 2 × K table appears to be less than 5 when using this method.
