改革开放已使古老的中华大地呈现出前所未有的发展势头。国有企业通过内部配套改革也出现了蓬勃生机。但是,在社会主义市场经济条件下,一些企业活力仍然难以显现,难以摆脱干预。那么,当务之急是什么呢?改国有企业制度为现代企业制度,同时加强精神文明建设,这就是答案。本文从“建立现代企业制度与精神文明建设的关系、相互作用”方面作些粗浅的探讨。思考之一——建立现代企业制度应切合实际,有自己的特色。建立以公有制为主体的现代企业制度,是党的十四届三中全会提出的,是发展社会化大生产和市场经济的必然要求,也是我国国有企业改革的方向。
The reform and opening up has brought unprecedented momentum to the ancient Chinese land. State-owned enterprises have also seen vibrant growth through internal support reforms. However, under the conditions of the socialist market economy, the vitality of some enterprises is still hard to emerge and it is difficult to get rid of the intervention. Then, what is the pressing task? Changing the state-owned enterprise system to a modern enterprise system and strengthening the building of spiritual civilization is the answer. This article makes some shallow discussions on the relationship and interaction between the establishment of a modern enterprise system and the construction of spiritual civilization. One of the considerations - Establishing a modern enterprise system should be practical and have its own characteristics. The establishment of a modern enterprise system with public ownership as the main body is proposed by the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialized large-scale production and market economy, and is also the direction of China’s state-owned enterprise reform.
