思政管理的工作对象是人,无论是在教育领域还是其他领域,思政管理的最终目的是为了帮助人树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观,从而调动和激发人的积极性、主动性和创造性从而提高人的工作和学习效率。以人为本的思政管理方式符合社会的发展规律,也适用了现代思政管理“人性化”的要求,本文阐述了以人为本在现代思政管理工作中的具体内容和应用,以供借鉴。
The ultimate goal of the administration of the mind is to help people to establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook, so as to mobilize and stimulate people’s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, both in the field of education and in other fields. Thereby enhancing people’s work and learning efficiency. People-oriented way of thinking and administration accords with the law of social development, and also applies to the requirement of modern ideological and political management “humanization ”.
