目的:探讨复方苍耳子散提取物的体外抗菌作用。方法:以临床分离细菌为受试菌,采用连续倍比稀释法,观察复方苍耳子散提取物的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果:复方苍耳子散提取物的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度分别为32~2048倍及16~1024倍。结论:复方苍耳子散提取物对所有受试菌均有不同程度的抑菌及杀菌作用,且抗菌谱广,抗菌作用强。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial effect of compound Xanthium sinense extract in vitro. METHODS: The bacteria with clinical isolates were used as test bacteria. The concentration of the minimum inhibitory concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of compound Xanthium sinense extract were observed by serial multiple dilution method. RESULTS: The minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration of compound Xanthium extract were 32 to 2048 and 16 to 1024, respectively. Conclusion: The compound Xanthium sinense extract has various degrees of bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects on all tested bacteria, and has broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial effect.
