目的探讨中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的疗效。方法60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予单纯西药溶栓、抗凝、祛聚治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上配合口服中药双藤煎剂,外敷水调散。结果治疗组临床总有效率100%,对照组为96.6%;两组综合疗效比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但治疗组在改善症状、降低溶栓副作用等方面明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成具有独特的优势,可提高该病的临床疗效,降低溶栓药物的副作用,防止新的血栓发生。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thrombolysis, anticoagulation and coagulation therapy alone. On the basis of the above treatment, the treatment group was given oral administration of Shuangto Decoction, Scattered Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 96.6% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). However, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving symptoms and reducing side effects of thrombolysis. Conclusion Integrative treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities has unique advantages, can improve the clinical efficacy of the disease, reduce the side effects of thrombolytic drugs and prevent new thrombosis.
