履带式锚杆钻车井下使用时存在风机系统噪声过大的问题,影响正常工作。为有效控制噪声水平,采用噪声源定位测试试验来确定主要噪声源位置及噪声源频率特性,采取有效措施降低噪声声级。试验结果表明,风机补气口为主要噪声源位置,主要噪声源是由风机运转时内部叶轮啮合在排气管道处产生的空气动力性噪声引起的。通过在补气口位置安装阻抗复合式消声器,可有效降低噪声声强级10dB(A)左右。
The use of crawler anchor drill underground fan system noise is too large, affecting normal work. In order to effectively control the noise level, the noise source positioning test is used to determine the position of the main noise source and the frequency characteristics of the noise source, and effective measures are taken to reduce the noise level. The test results show that the air outlet of the fan is the main noise source, and the main noise source is caused by the aerodynamic noise generated by the internal impeller meshing with the exhaust pipe when the fan is operating. By installing the impedance composite muffler at the air supply port, the noise intensity level of about 10dB (A) can be effectively reduced.
