患儿,男,12岁。头痛,突然不醒人事,口鼻涌粉红色泡沫状痰3小时。发病前3小时于室内玩耍中述头痛,约半小时后突然不醒人事,随后口鼻涌出大量粉红色泡沫状痰,送当地医务室诊断急性左心衰,予以西地兰先后0.3mg,速尿200mg,治疗历时3小时,病情无好转送本院。既往史:体健,否认心肺疾病及头部外伤、昏迷抽搐史。查体:血压13/8kPa,昏迷,面唇、皮肤苍白,双侧瞳孔缩小至1mm,等圆,对光反射消失,口鼻涌出大量粉红色泡沫状痰。颈强直,双肺布满水泡
