金川县中学位于川西北高原、地处青藏高原东部边缘,是以少数民族学生为主的一所县级高中。近年来,在党和政府的大力支持以及全校教职员工的不断努力下,学校教学质量稳步提升。但是,由于经济发展滞后、交通信息闭塞、文化底蕴薄弱、思想观念落后等,学校的发展与内地学校相比,形式依然不容乐观。本研究在笔者实地调研金川县中学教育发展现状的基础上,以该校为例对少数民族地区中学教育进行探讨,探寻少数民族地区中学教育的发展路径,同时提出提高少数民族地区教育水平的建议,以期促进民族地区中学教育的协调发展。
Located in the northwest plateau of Sichuan Province, Jinchuan Middle School is located on the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and is a county-level high school with ethnic minority students as its mainstay. In recent years, with the vigorous support of the party and the government and the continuous efforts of faculty and staff of the whole school, the quality of teaching in schools has been steadily improving. However, due to the lagging economic development, the blockage of traffic information, the weak cultural heritage and the backwardness of ideological concepts, the development of schools is still far less optimistic than that of mainland schools. Based on the fieldwork of the present situation of middle school education in Jinchuan County, this study takes the school as an example to explore the secondary education in ethnic minority areas and explore the development path of secondary education in ethnic minority areas. At the same time, it puts forward suggestions on how to improve the education level in ethnic minority areas , With a view to promoting the coordinated development of secondary education in minority areas.
