为什么乡镇干部素质难以提高?就此洪湖市委组织部对全市1090名乡镇干部进行了一次无记名问卷调查。综合分析发现:乡镇干部素质之所以难以提高,主要原因在于乡镇领导普遍存在“自以为是”的不良心理,过于自负严重妨碍了乡镇干部素质的提高。请看下表(表中数字均为百分率):
Why the quality of township cadres is difficult to improve? This Honghu Municipal Organization Department on the city’s 1090 township cadres conducted a questionnaire survey. The comprehensive analysis shows that the reason why the quality of township cadres is hard to be improved is mainly due to the widespread misconception of “self-righteousness” among the township leaders and the over-arrogance seriously hindered the improvement of the quality of township cadres.
