在急剧变化发展的社会环境中,要帮助青少年走上正面成长的道路,学校的育人目标和定位显得尤为重要。本研究旨在探索苏州田家炳初中“共创成长路”的工作方法,分析“共创成长路”对学生、教师、学校的成效,探讨“共创成长路”的实施以及带来的效应对学校的发展定位有何启示。鉴于此,运用实验研究法、行动研究法对“共创成长路”课程实施与苏州田家炳初中育人成效进行数据和主观成效分析,发现通过“共创成长路”课程结合学校、家庭、社会专业力量探索出了立体化的青少年成长培育模式,探究了育人的五个层面与“共创成长路”构念之间紧密的联系,即从经济、社会、政治、文化、教育五个层面培育青少年的求智、大爱、责任、人文、进取五个方面的育人价值,总结出苏州本土特色的苏州田家炳初中育人模式。
In a rapidly changing social environment, to help young people to embark on a path of positive growth, it is particularly important that the school aims at educating and positioning students. The purpose of this study is to explore the working methods of “Creating a Growth Path” in Suzhou Jiaji Middle School, and to analyze the effects of creating a growth path for students, teachers and schools and to explore the implementation of “Creating a Path for Growth” As well as the implications of the implications for the development of the school. In view of this, using the experimental research method and the action research method to analyze the data and the subjective achievements of implementing the course of “Creating a Growth Course” and the effectiveness of educating people in Tian Jia Bing Junior High School in Suzhou, we find that through the combination of “Creating a Career Path” and the school , Family and social professional forces explored a three-dimensional model of adolescent growth and development and explored the close connection between the five aspects of educating people and the concept of “building a new path for growth”, that is, from economic, social, political, Culture and education to cultivate the educational value of adolescents in five aspects: seeking wisdom, love, responsibility, humanity and enterprising, and summarizing the model of Suzhou Tian Jiabing junior high school educating people in Suzhou.
