本文通过文献资料法并结合工作实际对什么是团队建设及团队建设可能存在的主要问题进行了分析。研究结果显示:结构设计不合理;管理机制不完善;整体凝聚力不强;团队缺乏“愿景”且团队目标不明确;缺乏优秀的团队领导人;团队内“兄弟”意识较重,制度意识较弱等是体育教师团队建设存在的主要问题。 This paper analyzes the main problems that may exist in team building and team building through literature and data methods and practical work. The results of the research show that: the structural design is not reasonable; the management mechanism is imperfect; the overall cohesion is not strong; the team lacks “vision ” and the team goal is not clear; the lack of outstanding team leaders; Systematic awareness is weak and so is the main problem existing in PE teachers team building.
