近几年来,全国公安机关积极适应刑事犯罪和社会治安形势的发展变化,从总体上维护了社会治安大局的稳定。但是,当前打击犯罪工作与全面建设小康社会提出的新挑战、新要求相比,仍然存在着许多不适应。公安机关必须以与时俱进的精神,全面总结经验,认真反思和查找工作中存在的薄弱环节,采取切实有效的举措,进一步提高公安机关打击犯罪的水平。
In recent years, the public security organs throughout the country have actively adapted themselves to the developments and changes in criminal offenses and social order situations, and have generally maintained the overall stability of social order. However, compared with the new challenges and new requirements set by the comprehensive efforts to building a moderately prosperous society, many existing incompatibilities remain in the current anti-crime work. The public security organ must take the spirit of advancing with the times, comprehensively summarize its experience, conscientiously reflect on and find out the weak links in its work, and take effective measures to further raise the level of public security organs in cracking down crimes.
