为了探索血防现场查病质量管理的方法,本研究采用专家预测法和影响质量因素对比试验,初步认为,血清学EIA法为试剂存放时间过长;病原学KatoKatz法为操作者判别虫卵技能和显微镜光源、分辨度差是主要影响因素。据此,在加强技术培训,改善必要的设备、条件和质量管理之后,试点县EIA法和KatoKatz法阳性标本检出率分别提高了2480%和6124%。在16个代表县的现场查病质量检验中经Kappa值测定有12个县检验结果与标准标本一致程度较好,现场查病质量较以前有明显提高。作者认为采用现场投放标准标本作为检验质量的方法是检验现场查病质量有效而适用的方法,同时也提高了血防管理和技术人员的质控意识

The author thinks that the method of using standard specimens on the spot as the test quality is an effective and applicable method to test the quality of on-site examination, and also improves the quality control awareness of blood-prevention management and technicians.
