有效教学,主要是指通过教师在一种先进教学理念指导下,经过一段时间的教学之后,使学生获得具体的进步或发展。有效的教学首先是要有相对正确和科学的内容。讲解的方法要得当,难点的处理要恰当,重点要突出。具有一定的层次和课堂结构,课堂要有一定的难度、梯度。运用现代的教学手段,不断地进行教学改革和创新。然而有效的教学不能以知识作为第一出发点,而应该把人的发展、人的价值作为第一出发点和归宿。学生是一个自然真实的个体存在,课堂应该是一个真实和生活化的形态。
