重庆医科大学附属儿童医院李廷玉教授团队研究发现,维生素A是除铁外最重要的导致儿童贫血的因素,维生素A联合铁能更有效地改善儿童营养状况和贫血。这一改善儿童贫血的新方法已被国家公共营养改善项目“7+1”微量营养素强化方案采纳,为我国食物强化政策制定提供了科学依据。近日,相关研究成果获得重庆市科技进步奖一等奖。 Professor Li Tingyu from Chongqing Children’s Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical University found that vitamin A is the most important cause of anemia in children except iron. Vitamin A combined with iron can effectively improve children’s nutritional status and anemia. This new approach to improving child anemia has been adopted by the National Public Nutrition Improvement Program, “7 + 1” micronutrient fortification program, which provides a scientific basis for the formulation of food strengthening policies in our country. Recently, the relevant research achievements won the first prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award.
