Nature 2015,519,334-338碳-氢键是有机分子当中最常见的化学键,其键能极高,一般很难被直接活化用于反应当中.快速有效而又具有高度选择性的官能团化分子中碳-氢键能够极大地简化材料或是药物分子的合成,从而能迅速地从简单分子起步构建复杂分子,合成具有大量结构的化学分子库.美国加州Scripps研究所的YU Jinquan教授多年来致力于碳-氢键活化研究, Nature 2015,519,334-338 Carbon-hydrogen bonds are the most common chemical bonds in organic molecules and their bond energies are extremely high and are generally difficult to directly activate for use in reactions. Fast, efficient but highly selective functionalized carbon - Hydrogen bonds can greatly simplify the synthesis of materials or drug molecules, which can quickly start from simple molecules to build complex molecules to synthesize chemical libraries with a large number of structures.
